- Customize VIM functionality based on business requirements.
- Integrate VIM with SAP modules and external systems.
- Manage and optimize end-to-end invoice processing workflows.
- Monitor workflow queues and resolve exceptions.
- Improve invoice processing efficiency and compliance.
- Collaborate with business and technical teams for enhancements and support.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system availability.
