- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain complex Tibco applications using BW (Business Workspace) and EMS (Enterprise Management System).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and design solutions that meet customer needs.
- Troubleshoot issues related to application performance, scalability, security, and reliability.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices for IT services delivery.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience in developing Tibco applications on BW/EMS platform.
- Certified in TIBCO BW/EMS development or equivalent certification program.
- Robust understanding of Tibco's architecture, features, and capabilities.
- Experience working with large-scale enterprise environments.
