Define end-to-end ServiceNow architecture across ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM and custom applications
Own solution design including integrations, data model, security, and scalability
Translate Business Requirements (BRD) into High-Level and Low-Level Designs
Ensure adherence to Non-Functional Requirements (performance, security, availability)
Lead design governance, technical reviews, and architecture sign-offs
Guide development teams and review configurations/customizations
Drive integration strategy using APIs, MID Server, spokes, and third-party tools
Support data migration strategy, CMDB design, and discovery
Act as technical escalation point and mentor for ServiceNow team
