We are currently hiring for an exciting Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant opportunity and would like to invite suitable candidates for a Face-to-Face Interview (LTM) in Hyderabad 22nd Aug 2026.

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant with 3 to 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications implementation, support, customization, and integration development. The candidate should have strong technical expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) and experience working with functional teams, business users, and stakeholders to deliver scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, configure, and support Oracle Fusion Cloud technical components.

Work on BI Publisher reports, OTBI reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.

Design and develop integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST APIs, and SOAP web services.

Build and support data migration solutions using FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL files.

Write and optimize SQL and PL/SQL scripts for data extraction, transformation, and reporting.

Develop and maintain custom extensions, workflows, and personalization in Oracle Fusion applications.

Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

Prepare technical design documents, interface specifications, and deployment documents.

Support production issues,



perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

Participate in system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing support.

Work on performance tuning of reports, integrations, and data loads.

Support Oracle Fusion implementation, upgrade, and production support projects.

Coordinate with offshore/onshore teams and ensure timely delivery of technical deliverables.

Required Technical Skills

310 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Applications (ERP/HCM/SCM).

Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Proficiency in BI Publisher, OTBI, and Fusion reporting tools.

Strong knowledge of FBDI, ADFDI, and HDL data migration tools.

Experience in REST and SOAP web services integration.

Strong skills in SQL and PL/SQL development and debugging.

Understanding of Oracle Fusion architecture and security model.

Experience in building and supporting interfaces, extensions, and custom reports.

Positive understanding of Oracle Fusion modules and business processes.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP/HCM/SCM implementations.

Knowledge of Oracle Visual Builder (VBCS) and ADF.

Experience with Groovy scripting and Fast Formula (HCM).

Exposure to DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments.

Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
