Loyalty Juggernaut
Hyderabad
Job Summary
Loyalty Juggernaut is seeking a Product Manager to identify, validate, launch, and scale new consulting, managed-service, and technology-enabled offerings. We design and run loyalty and customer-engagement programs for some of the world's most recognized brands. Growth doesn't only come from the platform - it comes from current offerings - new consulting, managed-service, and technology-enabled practices that clients need before anyone has packaged them. This role finds such opportunities and turns them into real businesses.
As a Product Manager in the Loyalty Performance Management (LPM) team, you will own the full lifecycle - from an initial idea or market signal through research, business case, offer design, pilot, commercialization, and practice development. After launch, you will act as the business owner for the incubated practice - setting its roadmap, sharpening the proposition and delivery model, watching commercial performance, and building the repeatability it needs to become a standalone unit.
This is not a traditional software product management role. It blends market strategy, services design, product marketing, commercial ownership, and venture incubation. You are as comfortable building a market landscape and modeling unit economics as you are shaping a client-ready offer, creating sales enablement, and leading cross-functional execution.
Responsibilities
Opportunity discovery & market validation
- Build and manage a pipeline of new-service ideas.
- Conduct structured market, customer, category, and competitor research.
- Define the ideal customer profile, economic buyer, priority use cases, customer pain points and desired outcomes.
- Lead interviews and working sessions with clients, prospects, sales, delivery teams, product leaders, subject-matter experts, and partners.
Business case, pricing & investment recommendation
- Build decision-grade business cases that connect market chance, strategic fit, client value, investment requirements, risks, and expected business impact.
- Define pricing, packaging, contract structure, and monetization options - fixed fees,
subscriptions, usage or outcome-based fees, revenue share, and hybrid models.
- Translate assumptions into an executive recommendation and a clear investment ask; track actual performance against the approved case and update the forecast as evidence improves.
Service product design & productization
- Turn a validated opportunity into a repeatable, sellable offer with a defined customer, outcome, scope, deliverables, methodology, timeline, dependencies, exclusions, and acceptance criteria.
- Design the end-to-end service blueprint: client journey, discovery and design activities, delivery workflows, roles and RACI, governance, data and technology requirements, quality controls, SLAs, and KPI framework.
- Translate service requirements into a prioritized roadmap for platform, data, analytics, automation, and internal tooling in partnership with product and engineering.
GTM & sales enablement
- Partner with Marketing to define the name, positioning, value proposition, audience, messaging architecture, launch plan, and campaign strategy.
- Create client-ready sales materials: offering decks, one-pagers, vertical use cases, executive narratives, case studies, ROI tools, proposal content, demo stories, objection handling, and competitive battlecards.
- Translate complex capabilities into clear stories that connect the customer requirement, the service or solution design, the commercial logic, and the measurable outcome.
Launch, roadmap & practice incubation
- Own cross-functional launch readiness: milestones, dependencies, decisions, risks, enablement, delivery capacity, operational controls, measurement, and executive reporting.
- Maintain the post-launch roadmap and prioritized backlog across proposition, methodology, commercial model, sales enablement, delivery operations, technology, analytics, and partner ecosystem.
- Create the operating cadence for the practice: performance dashboards, pipeline and delivery reviews, roadmap decisions, client feedback loops, and quarterly business reviews.
Graduation to a standalone unit
- Prepare the scale plan: market focus, product and service roadmap, P&L; and forecast, organization design, hiring profile, partner model, governance, and investment needs.
- Transition the practice to its permanent leader with clear ownership, documented IP and processes, an active roadmap, trained teams, customer and pipeline context, and a complete performance baseline.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience. MBA / PGDM would be ideal.
- 5+ years in services product management, consulting offer development, strategy, professional services, product marketing, corporate innovation, venture building, or a closely related role.
- Demonstrated success taking at least one B2B service, solution, or practice from concept through launch and into measurable commercial growth.
- Direct experience building business cases and financial models used to inform real investment decisions - not academic exercises.
- Experience presenting solutions and recommendations to senior client and internal stakeholders, including executives.
- Strong market research and customer discovery skills, with the ability to turn incomplete signals into a structured point of view and testable hypotheses.
- Commercial and financial fluency - business-case development, pricing and packaging, scenario modeling, unit economics, margin, forecasting, and investment recommendations.
