About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on and responsible Accountant / Senior Accountant who can independently manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle sales, purchases, receipts, payments, expenses, journals, ledgers, and reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Handle cash transactions, petty cash, receipts, payments, and daily cash reconciliation.
- Manage banking transactions including NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, UPI, and cheque transactions.
- Prepare and maintain Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Handle GST calculations, reconciliations, and return-related data.
- Manage TDS/TCS calculations, deductions, payments, and reconciliations.
- Handle vendor payments and maintain vendor-wise outstanding records.
- Maintain rent and other receivable records and track outstanding payments.
- Coordinate with HR for monthly payroll, salary inputs, incentives, deductions, and reimbursements.
- Prepare daily, monthly,



and periodic MIS and financial reports.
- Maintain proper physical and digital documentation of all financial transactions.
- Support monthly and annual closing activities.
- Ensure all payments are supported by proper documentation and management approval.
- Identify and immediately report accounting, cash, or banking discrepancies to management.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or relevant qualification.
- 3-5 years of practical accounting experience.
- Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, and TCS.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and Indian taxation practices.
- Experience in banking operations, cash handling, and reconciliations.
- Knowledge of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
- Robust Excel skills, including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and reconciliation.
- Ability to independently manage accounting activities with minimum supervision.
- E-commerce/marketplace accounting experience will be an advantage.

Mandatory Language Requirement

Candidates must be able to speak, understand, and communicate effectively in:

English | Hindi | Telugu
