- The Technical BA will support enterprise IAM transformation programs focusing on authentication, authorization, MFA, and audit compliance in global banking environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather, analyze, and document business and technical requirements
- Define IAM, MFA, and authentication use cases
- Translate security requirements into technical specifications
- Work closely with IAM engineers, SOC, and DevOps teams
- Support logging, monitoring, and alerting requirements
- Prepare audit documentation and compliance reports
- Create dashboards and metrics for stakeholders
Mandatory Skills
- Robust Technical Business Analysis experience
- IAM concepts (authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle)
- Understanding of audit logs and security events
- Tools: Splunk, Datadog, Azure Monitor, PowerBI, Qlik
