We are currently hiring for an exciting Workday Technical Consultant opportunity and would like to invite suitable candidates for a Face-to-Face Interview (LTM) in Hyderabad 22nd Aug 2026.

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Workday Technical Consultant with 3 To 14 years of experience in designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations and technical solutions across HCM, Finance, or related Workday modules. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, Workday APIs, and reporting tools, along with the ability to collaborate with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams to deliver scalable and efficient enterprise solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Cloud Connect.

Build and maintain Workday inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems.

Develop and optimize Workday reports, calculated fields, and dashboards.

Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical Workday solutions.

Develop and support Workday REST and SOAP API integrations.

Perform data migration, transformation, and validation using Workday tools and scripts.

Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures, data issues, and system errors.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams for system enhancements, deployments, and upgrades.

Ensure proper implementation of Workday security roles, domain security policies, and business process security.

Support testing activities including unit testing,



SIT, and UAT for integrations and reports.

Provide production support, incident resolution, and root cause analysis for Workday integrations.

Maintain technical documentation, integration design documents, and support guides.

Participate in Workday releases, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure adherence to Workday best practices, coding standards, and integration guidelines.

Required Technical Skills

314 years of experience in Workday Technical/Integration development.

Strong expertise in Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday APIs.

Hands-on experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Workday Prism (preferred).

Robust knowledge of XML, XSLT, JSON, and web services (REST/SOAP).

Experience in integration design, development, and troubleshooting in Workday environments.

Good understanding of Workday HCM, Finance, or Payroll modules (any one or more).

Experience in data transformation, mapping, and validation techniques.

Familiarity with security configuration in Workday (roles, domains, and business processes).

Experience in debugging integration issues and performance optimization.

Preferred Skills

Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Exposure to Workday implementation and post-production support projects.

Knowledge of enterprise integration tools and middleware platforms.

Experience in CI/CD or automated deployment processes for integrations (preferred).

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work in multi-system, complex enterprise environments.
