We are hiring experienced professionals for an International AML/KYC Voice Process in Hyderabad preferably in a BPO / CONTACT CENTRE. Candidates with relevant AML/KYC experience and excellent English communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Process: International Voice
Salary: Up to 3.7 LPA
Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Shifts: Rotational Shifts with Both side cabs facility
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through international voice support.
- Perform AML/KYC-related verification and validation.
- Review customer information and documentation as per process guidelines.
- Identify discrepancies and KYC-related issues.
- Follow AML/KYC compliance and customer verification procedures.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure process adherence.
- Escalate complex or high-risk cases as per defined guidelines.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AML/KYC Voice Process.
- Banking experience is mandatory.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Positive understanding of AML/KYC and customer verification processes.
- Experience in CDD / EDD / Transaction Monitoring will be an advantage.
- Comfortable working in rotational/international shifts.
- Candidates must be willing to work from Hyderabad.
