We are looking for a results-driven US Engineering Recruiter with experience recruiting engineering and technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, and permanent positions across the United States. The recruiter will manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and successful placement.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US engineering and technical requirements.

- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals, internal databases, and other recruiting platforms.

- Recruit for engineering positions across mechanical, electrical, manufacturing, quality, validation, automation, civil, biomedical, pharmaceutical, and related industries.

- Review job descriptions and understand clients’ technical, industry, and project requirements.

- Screen candidates based on technical skills, employment history, communication, location, compensation expectations, work authorization, and availability.

- Explain contract terms, job responsibilities, work location, employment type, and client expectations to candidates.

- Work with US employment types such as W2, C2C, 1099, contract-to-hire, and direct hire.

- Verify candidates’ US work authorization, including US Citizen, Green Card, H-1B, H-4 EAD, L-2 EAD, and OPT/CPT, as applicable.

- Submit qualified candidates within the required turnaround time.

- Prepare candidate summaries and maintain accurate records in the Applicant Tracking System.

- Coordinate interviews between candidates,



account managers, clients, and hiring managers.

- Conduct interview preparation and maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

- Negotiate pay rates and compensation packages while maintaining client-approved margins.

- Follow up on interviews, offers, background checks, onboarding, and start dates.

- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of engineering professionals for current and future requirements.

- Develop long-term relationships with candidates and generate referrals.

- Meet recruitment targets related to submissions, interviews, offers, placements, and candidate response time.

- Maintain compliance with company policies, client requirements, and US employment regulations.

Preferred Skills

- Experience supporting engineering, manufacturing, automotive, aerospace, medical device, pharmaceutical, energy, or construction clients.

- Familiarity with Boolean search, X-ray search, and advanced sourcing techniques.

- Experience recruiting for Fortune 500 companies, MSP/VMS accounts, or direct clients.

- Knowledge of vendor management systems such as Fieldglass, Beeline, VectorVMS, or IQNavigator.

- Ability to manage multiple technical requirements and priorities simultaneously.
