We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior US Staffing HR with 6+ years of experience in US staffing, recruitment, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have robust expertise in managing end-to-end US recruitment processes, building client and candidate relationships, driving placements, and ensuring seamless onboarding and employee support.

The candidate should possess strong knowledge of the US staffing ecosystem, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to independently manage multiple staffing requirements while mentoring junior recruiters and contributing to overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment activities for US staffing requirements.
- Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, ATS/CRM databases, referrals, and other channels.
- Analyze job descriptions and understand technical and non-technical requirements to identify suitable candidates.
- Conduct detailed candidate screening, qualification, and preliminary interviews.
- Present qualified candidates to clients while ensuring alignment with job requirements and client expectations.
- Manage interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, feedback, negotiations, and offer processes.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders.
- Manage candidate pipelines and ensure timely movement of candidates through the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate onboarding, documentation, background verification, and other pre-employment activities.
- Support employee engagement and address HR-related queries throughout the employment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate candidate and employee records in ATS, CRM, and HR systems.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and applicable US staffing and employment requirements.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics, including submissions, interviews, closures,



time-to-fill, and conversion ratios.
- Prepare regular recruitment and staffing reports for management.
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to increase recruitment efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate closely with Account Managers, Business Development teams, HR, Payroll, and Operations.
- Mentor and guide junior recruiters and support team members in achieving recruitment targets.
- Take ownership of critical and high-priority client requirements.
- Contribute to improving recruitment strategies, candidate experience, and overall staffing performance.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 6+ years of hands-on experience in US Staffing, US Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.
- Strong understanding of the complete US staffing and recruitment lifecycle.
- Proven experience managing multiple and high-volume staffing requirements.
- Strong knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, ATS/CRM platforms, and recruiting databases.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of recruitment deliverables.
- Proficiency in MS Office and Google Workspace.
- Willingness to work in night shifts.

Leadership & Ownership:

- Take complete ownership of assigned staffing requirements from intake through successful placement and onboarding.
- Mentor recruiters and provide guidance on sourcing, screening, submissions, and candidate management.
- Monitor team and individual recruitment performance against defined KPIs.
- Identify bottlenecks and implement effective solutions to improve productivity.
- Partner with management to develop recruitment strategies and improve overall staffing outcomes.
