To be successful in this role, we need someone who has:

- 7+ years experience with SAP Applications (S/4, BPC, GRC, BRIM, SOLMAN, PO/SLD)
- 2+ years of experience in SAP BRIM Application components.
- Assist in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for environmental issues as they arise.
- Prepare and deliver technical documentation as required.
- Robust understanding of SAP Basis and Security functions.
- Provide administration and operations of the SAP Applications
- SAP GRC configuration for Access Provisioning, new roles build for SAP BRIM Application.
- Ensure issues are analyzed discussed and resolved in a timely manner.
- Identify and perform the daily production administration tasks.
- Utilize the Dashboards to monitor processes.
- SAP RISE experience
- SAP Transport management and Deployment of Transports to environments.
- Review EWA reports and work with team members on potential problems and issues.
- SAP GUI installation and support for end-users.
- Servicenow ITSM experience is plus.

EDUCATION

- Bachelors Degree in computer science related discipline
