- Resolving Complaints - Checking of complaints received and resolving them
- Equipment Maintenance Checking the functionality of AV for all regular classes and meetings and Gas bank medical gas stocks and supply to internal departments
- Submitting of daily OR reports
- Ensure medical equipment is calibrated and maintained as per applicable standards.
- Conduct performance and safety checks of biomedical equipment.
- Participate in hospital quality initiatives, audits, safety programmes, and accreditation activities.
- Support departmental projects related to biomedical equipment and technology.
