Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Lead Domestic IT Recruiter at Codeforce 360 to oversee and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for domestic staffing. The ideal candidate will have solid leadership skills, experience in team management, and expertise in sourcing and hiring top talent across multiple industries.

As a Lead Recruiter, you will be responsible for mentoring junior recruiters, ensuring smooth hiring operations, and collaborating with clients and hiring managers to meet organizational staffing needs. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow within the recruitment industry while working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership & Team Management:

- Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring they meet their hiring targets.
- Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to the recruitment team.
- Develop and implement best practices to optimize the recruitment process.

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing:

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Identify, source, and engage with qualified candidates through job portals, networking, and referrals.
- Handle senior-level and critical hiring mandates across IT, Non-IT, BFSI, Healthcare, and other industries.
- Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Client & Stakeholder Management:





- Work closely with hiring managers and business leaders to understand recruitment needs and workforce planning.
- Ensure seamless communication between the recruitment team and clients to deliver high-quality talent.
- Negotiate salaries and offers with candidates, ensuring alignment with market trends.

Process Optimization & Compliance:

- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools for productive hiring operations.
- Monitor recruitment metrics to assess performance and optimize processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, labor laws, and ethical hiring practices.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- At least 3 years of experience as a lead in domestic Staffing / Recruitment.
- Proven experience in handling end-to-end hiring processes for multiple domains.
- Strong expertise in job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.) and other sourcing techniques.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills to mentor and guide the team.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills for engaging with candidates and clients.
- Ability to handle high-volume hiring and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of market trends, salary benchmarks, and industry hiring needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is a plus.
- Experience in bulk hiring, lateral hiring, and leadership hiring is an advantage.
- Prior experience working in staffing agencies, RPOs, or consulting firms.
