Job Description Treasury Specialist-Month end reporting

Position Overview

We are looking for a Treasury professional with hands-on experience in treasury operations, cash management, bank reconciliations, and cash application activities. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and the ability to manage high-volume transactions within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily treasury activities and bank reconciliations
- Monitor bank accounts, cash balances, and daily cash positions.
- Handle unidentified and unapplied cash and coordinate with relevant teams for resolution.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate discrepancies.
- Process and monitor bank transactions, fund transfers, and related accounting entries.
- Ensure timely and accurate recording of treasury and cash transactions.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and reporting.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives.





Required Skills & Experience

- 25 years of relevant experience in Treasury, or related Finance & Accounting operations.
- Good knowledge of bank reconciliation and cash management.
- Understanding of Accounts Receivable and customer payments.
- Experience handling unapplied/unidentified cash and payment allocation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Experience with SAP/ERP systems will be an advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Qualification

- B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter or equivalent qualification.

Preferred Candidate

- Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period.
- Candidates currently based in or willing to work from Hyderabad.
- Candidates with strong hands-on experience in both Treasury and Cash Applications will be preferred.
