Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in Data & Analytics projects to lead end-to-end delivery of enterprise data initiatives. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, along with hands-on experience managing data engineering, BI, analytics, cloud, and reporting projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Data & Analytics projects, ensuring adherence to scope, timelines, budget, and quality objectives.
- Manage project planning, execution, governance, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Data Engineers, BI Developers, Architects, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders.
- Drive requirements gathering, project estimation, sprint planning, and release management activities.
- Monitor project health through regular status reviews, RAID management, and executive reporting.
- Ensure successful delivery of data integration, data migration, reporting, analytics, and cloud-based data platform initiatives.
- Facilitate communication between business and technical teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Manage customer expectations and proactively address delivery challenges.
- Support resource planning, utilization management, and team performance tracking.
- Ensure adherence to delivery best practices, governance processes, and quality standards.





Required Skills & Experience

- 10+ years of overall IT experience with 4+ years in Project Management roles.
- Proven experience managing Data Engineering, Data Warehousing, BI, Analytics, or Cloud Data Platform projects.
- Strong understanding of modern data platforms such as:
- Azure Data Factory
- Azure Databricks
- Microsoft Fabric
- Azure Synapse Analytics
- Power BI

- Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
- Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience in project planning tools such as Azure DevOps, Jira, MS Project, or similar.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience managing Azure-based Data & AI projects.
- Exposure to Microsoft Fabric, AI, and Analytics transformation initiatives.
- Nice to have - PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification.
