Role Description The Enterprise Sales Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City,



responsible for driving strategic sales across enterprise accounts. This role involves identifying and qualifying current business opportunities, leading the complete sales cycle and managing key customer relationships in collaboration with internal technical and delivery teams. The Enterprise Sales Manager will conduct high-impact sales presentations and product demonstrations, develop account plans, and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive lead generation activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include negotiating commercial terms, preparing proposals and RFP responses, coordinating with pre-sales for solution design, and ensuring accurate sales operations reporting and forecasting. The role also requires continuous market research, competitor analysis, and participation in industry events to strengthen Concept's presence in the enterprise IT solutions space.
