About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager – Real Estate to lead sales activities, generate business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The role involves regular travel for site visits, client meetings, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Generate leads through networking, referrals, digital platforms, channel partners, and other sources.

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to negotiation and closure.

Conduct regular travel for client meetings, property/site visits, and business development activities.

Meet prospective clients and understand their property requirements.

Conduct property presentations and explain project features, pricing, payment plans, and other details.





Build and maintain robust relationships with customers, investors, channel partners, and other stakeholders.

Negotiate with clients and close deals while maintaining company pricing and policies.

Identify new markets, projects, and business opportunities.

Maintain accurate sales reports, pipeline data, follow-up records, and revenue forecasts.

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, property prices, and customer preferences.

Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team, where applicable.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Excellent convincing and client-handling abilities.

Strong sales and business development orientation.

Good knowledge of the real estate/property market.

Ability to independently manage client meetings and sales closures.

Comfortable with frequent local and outstation travel as required.
