Job Summary

We are looking for a highly driven Company Secretary (VA) to manage secretarial compliance and statutory filings across our client portfolio. In this role, you will ensure our clients stay compliant with ROC/MCA regulations, handle event-based corporate changes, and leverage modern AI tools to track and deliver your work efficiently.

Where You Can Create Impact

• Manage annual returns (MGT-7/7A), financials (AOC-4), DIR-3 KYC, and DPT-3 across the client portfolio; ensure due dates are tracked without misses.

• Handle event-based compliance including incorporations, director appointments and resignations, share allotments,



capital and registered-office changes; draft and file the forms.

• Ensure statutory registers, board and AGM minutes, and resolutions are kept current per SOP.

• Utilize AI in service delivery and track work in JIRA - pick up tasks, update status, flag blockers; collect DSCs and documents.

Requirements

Must Have

• CS qualified with 1-3 years of hands-on ROC experience under a CS/CA.

• Working knowledge of the Companies Act and ROC/MCA filings.

• Hands-on with the MCA21 / V3 portal and core forms - AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3, DPT-3.

• Comfortable maintaining statutory registers and secretarial documentation.

Good to Have

• Practical exposure to MCA V3 portal filings.

• LLP, FEMA/RBI or FDI filing exposure.

• Startup and SME client exposure.
