Refroid Technologies is at a growing stage and current plant is in IDA Jeedimetla however we are looking for a larger production plant in an around of Hyderabad. We already have order in hand to deliver for this financial year in the tune of INR 120 CR.

Role Summary: As a Product Engineer, the role encompasses product design and development activities for Recent Product Development, and projects such as Value Engineering and Quality & Reliability.



The Product Engineer will be accountable for Quality of Outcomes, Execution schedule, and Cost management – Q/D/C’s.

Responsibilities and Deliverables:

1. Project Planning and Execution: Able to support execution of deliverables per mutually agreed project plan to meet Q / D / C milestones.
2. Product Development: Execute and support product development activities and collaborate with peer teams for – Concept generation, Design & Development, Planning, Prototype Build, Testing and Manufacturing
3. Phase gate Product Development Process: Able to execute product development Process – conduct Design reviews, carry on design verification testing, Pre- and Post-Production activities. Able to coordinate and organize the work assigned with minimal supervision or support.
4. Critical Thinking: Able to solve medium to complex technical problems in a structured thinking approach in collaboration with SME’s – Good understanding and exposure to engi
