We're a marketing agency based in Sector 2, Noida. We run paid ad campaigns for clients across different industries, we plan them, launch them, watch the numbers daily, and keep making them better.

The Role

We're hiring a Media Buying Intern to join our team and work on live Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaigns with real budgets, not dummy projects. We're looking for someone who can pick things up fast and start contributing quickly, not someone who needs months of hand-holding.

You will:
- Set up and monitor Meta ad campaigns
- Track daily performance (spend, clicks, leads, cost per lead) and prepare simple reports
- Research audiences and study what competitors are running
- Test current ad angles and learn with data in front of you, why some ads work and others don't

The Fixed Details (check each one honestly before applying)
- Level: Intern. No formal experience required but if you've assisted on or run any live ad campaign before (even 1–3 months, even informally),



that's a strong plus. Affiliate marketing background is especially welcome.
- Location: Sector 2, Noida (on-site). Not remote, not hybrid.
- Working hours: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM. Our client work runs on evening timings, so this shift is fixed.
- Stipend: ₹10,000–15,000/month
- Duration: 3 months, with a full-time offer for strong performers
- Start: Immediate joiners preferred

What We're Looking For
- Genuine curiosity about how paid ads work, and comfort with numbers
- Someone who trains quickly and gets to real, usable work fast, we don't have months to spend before you're contributing
- Basic Excel/Google Sheets and decent written English
- The habit of figuring things out yourself before asking
- Bonus (preferred, not required): 1–3 months of hands-on experience with any live ad campaign, or an affiliate marketing background, mention it clearly if you have it
