SKILD Solutions is a leading e-learning and software solutions company that provides custom training and technology solutions to Fortune 500 and other global companies. SKILD is currently seeking an Inside Sales Executive focused on the US market. We are looking for a self-motivated and results-driven individual who can identify and generate new B2B prospects, connect with decision-makers, understand their requirements, qualify opportunities, and set up meetings for the sales team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable with US cold calling, personalized email outreach, prospect research, and consistent follow-ups.

0-2 years of experience in B2B sales, inside sales, business development, or tele-sales, preferably selling to the US market.
~ Solid experience in US cold calling, B2B prospecting, lead generation, email outreach, and appointment setting.
~ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write professional and personalized sales emails.
~ Experience initiating conversations with C-level executives, EVPs, Directors, Managers,



and other decision-makers.
~ Ability to understand prospect requirements, identify potential opportunities, and qualify leads before passing them to the sales/management team.
~ Strong follow-up skills and the ability to maintain regular communication with prospects through calls and emails.
~ Confident and professional phone presence with the ability to communicate effectively with US-based prospects.
~ Building and maintaining targeted prospect lists using online research, LinkedIn, company websites, databases, and other sources.
Making US outbound cold calls to introduce SKILD Solutions and understand potential training requirements.
Following up consistently with prospects through calls and emails to generate interest and move opportunities forward.
Qualifying prospects based on their business needs, training requirements, level of interest, timing, and potential opportunity.
