Role Description The Outreach Intern is a remote job based in India. This role focuses on supporting NorthRidge Solution’s hiring and marketing initiatives by identifying relevant communities, organisations, and potential partners, and maintaining consistent communication with them. Day-to-day tasks include conducting research to map target audiences, drafting outreach messages and basic content,



coordinating follow-ups, and maintaining contact databases. The intern will assist with community engagement activities, respond to inquiries from prospective candidates and clients, and support customer-facing interactions to strengthen relationships. The role also involves collaborating with the hiring and marketing teams to align outreach efforts with ongoing searches, campaigns, and brand-building initiatives.

Qualifications
- Candidates should have an active LinkedIn account since most of the outreach h will be based on LinkedIn and its associated tools.
- Candidates pursuing their graduation and looking to attain hands on experience in sales and international clients are welcome.
