We’re looking for a Growth Manager who can help us take this business to the next level by bringing in the right brands, building strong relationships and converting opportunities into long-term mandates.
The RoleAs Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business for Tipple Works — identifying opportunities, building relationships with decision-makers, pitching our capabilities and converting prospects into clients.
This is a highly relationship-driven role.



We’re looking for someone who already understands the agency ecosystem and/or brand marketing landscape, has a strong network and is confident initiating and nurturing conversations with senior stakeholders.
You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to identify high-value opportunities and build a healthy new-business pipeline.
What You’ll DoBusiness Development & New Client Acquisition
- Identify and pursue recent business opportunities across Alco-Bev, F&B;, Hospitality, Lifestyle and consumer brands.
- Leverage your existing network of brands, marketing teams, founders and agencies to generate qualified leads.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Reach out to prospective brands and agencies through calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and industry relationships.
- Understand client business challenges and identify opportunities where Tipple Works can add value.
- Convert conversations into briefs, pitches and ultimately signed
