Epsilon Staffing Solutions has been mandated by an established engineering company specialising in machinery and equipment for the steel pipe and tube manufacturing industry to identify a suitable candidate for the position of Sales Manager, based in Raipur.

The primary responsibility of the position is to identify and develop potential pipe and tube manufacturing customers, understand their manufacturing and capacity-expansion requirements, and explore opportunities to offer appropriate machinery and equipment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop potential customers engaged in manufacturing ERW, MS, GI, SS and other steel pipes/tubes
- Map pipe and tube manufacturers and generate new business opportunities
- Meet promoters, plant heads, production teams, purchase teams and other key decision-makers
- Understand customers' existing manufacturing facilities, capacity expansion and modernization plans
- Identify opportunities for tube mills, pipe/tube finishing equipment, coil-processing equipment, cutting systems and allied machinery




- Prepare techno-commercial proposals in coordination with engineering and technical teams
- Manage the complete B2B sales cycle from lead generation and customer meetings to negotiation and order closure
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Track recent projects and capital-equipment investment opportunities in the pipe and tube industry
- Travel extensively for new customer development

Candidate Profile
- Experience: 6–12 years
- Strong experience in B2B / Industrial / Capital Equipment Sales
- Experience selling machinery, industrial equipment or engineering solutions to pipe, tube, steel or metal-processing companies would be preferred
- Proven experience in new customer acquisition and business development
- Ability to understand technical products and engage with manufacturing customers
- Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills
- Willing
