Job SummaryWe are looking for a creative and experienced Graphic Designer & Embroidery Punching Operator to join our apparel team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in graphic design, fashion content creation, video editing, and embroidery digitizing/punching.
The role involves creating high-quality visual content for apparel collections while also developing embroidery artwork and converting designs into production-ready embroidery files.

Key Responsibilities

Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Create engaging visual and motion content for apparel collections, campaigns, and brand promotions.
- Design social media posts, reels, lookbooks, catalogs, emailers, e-commerce banners, and promotional creatives.
- Edit raw footage from fashion shoots, factory floors, product shoots, and model photoshoots into high-quality videos and reels.
- Create motion graphics, text animations,



transitions, and visual effects for campaigns and product launches.
- Maintain consistency in brand identity, including fonts, colors, layouts, imagery, and overall visual style.
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, styling, and product teams to develop creative concepts, storyboards, and moodboards.
- Organize and maintain high-resolution product images, videos, design files, and other digital assets.

Embroidery Design & Punching
- Create and develop embroidery artwork for logos, motifs, patches, labels, and garment designs.
- Convert artwork into production-ready embroidery files using qualified digitizing software.
- Operate embroidery punching/digitizing software and prepare files according to garment specifications.
- Ensure correct stitch density, underlay, thread direction, sequencing, sizing, and placement.
- Coordinate with the embroidery production team to ensure accurate execution
