Role Overview – Regional Business Manager (RBM)
The RBM will be responsible for establishing, developing, and scaling the business in the assigned region from the ground up, including market entry, team setup, channel creation, and revenue generation.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Set up the regional business operations from scratch, including market mapping and feasibility assessment.
- Develop and execute a region -specific business strategy aligned with organizational growth objectives.
- Identify priority markets, cities, and customer segments to drive initial and sustained growth.
- Recruit, onboard, and build a high -performing regional sales and business development team.
- Establish and scale sales channels (Agency).
- Drive early -stage revenue traction and gradually scale to achieve regional profitability.
- Create standard operating processes (SOPs) for sales, reporting, and partner management.
- Build strong relationships with key clients, channel partners, and local influencers.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and regulatory guidelines across the region.
- Monitor performance through MIS, dashboards, and regular business reviews.
- Track competition and local market dynamics to fine -tune pricing and sales strategies.
- Manage regional budgets, cost controls, and resource optimization.
- Act as the primary face of the company in the region during the business establishment phase.
