Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner

- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries efficiently

- Manage front desk operations and maintain a tidy reception area

- Schedule appointments and coordinate meetings

- Maintain visitor logs and assist with administrative tasks

- Provide accurate information about the organization when required

Requirements:

- Graduate in any discipline

- 0–2 years of experience in front office / receptionist / customer -facing roles (hospitality background preferred)

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi (Telugu is an added advantage)

- Well -groomed, presentable, and professional demeanor

- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

- Basic knowledge of MS Office and office management tools

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Preferred Profile:

- Candidates with experience in hospitality, customer service, or front desk roles

- Individuals with a positive attitude and strong people -handling skills
