Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities



- Work independently with the expectation to grow into a Subject Matter Expert (SME).


- Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions and technical decision-making.


- Propose and implement effective solutions to work-related and technical challenges.


- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to gather requirements and convert them into clear technical specifications.


- Participate in code reviews to maintain high code quality and ensure adherence to best practices and standards.



Professional & Technical Skills



Must-Have Skills:



- Robust proficiency in React.js with hands-on development experience.


- Solid understanding of component-based architecture and state management concepts.






- Experience working with RESTful APIs and integrating third-party services.


- Familiarity with version control systems, especially Git.


- Knowledge of testing frameworks and methodologies to ensure application reliability and performance.



Additional Information



- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in React.js development is required.


- This role is based out of the Pune office.
