We are hiring a Quality Assurance Representative to audit customer calls and ensure service quality. The role involves listening to calls, leaving clear notes, and providing feedback to help improve team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Audit recorded calls for quality, compliance, and communication standards.
- Document observations and maintain accurate QA reports.
- Share constructive feedback to improve performance.
- Good English (written & spoken).
- Strong listening and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Prior QA or call auditing experience is a plus (not mandatory).
- Must be available for the 12 PM – 9 PM Pacific shift, 6 days a week.
