Job Summary

We are looking for an IT Support Executive to provide day-to-day technical support to employees and ensure the smooth functioning of IT systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to employees for hardware and software-related issues.
Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
Troubleshoot operating system, application, and connectivity issues.
Provide basic LAN/Wi-Fi and network troubleshooting support.
Manage user accounts, system access, and basic IT security requirements.
Maintain IT assets and keep records of hardware and software.
Coordinate with external vendors for repairs and technical services when required.
Perform regular system updates, backups,



and basic maintenance.
Respond to IT support requests and resolve issues within a reasonable timeframe.
Ensure smooth operation of IT infrastructure across the property/office.
Maintain proper documentation of IT-related issues and solutions.

Candidate Requirements
Diploma/Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field preferred.
1–3 years of experience in IT support is preferred.
Freshers with good technical knowledge may also be considered.
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, Windows, printers, and software troubleshooting.
Good problem-solving and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.
Willingness to relocate/work in Nashik.
