Role Overview
We are looking for experienced B2B Account Executives to support AI training and evaluation initiatives. The selected candidates will leverage their real-world sales expertise to create, evaluate, and refine high-quality tasks and scenarios for AI models.
The role focuses on B2B sales execution, discovery, qualification, solution selling, buyer engagement, proposal development, and deal progression.
Mandatory Skills & Experience
Candidates must have:
- ~3+ years of professional experience as a quota-carrying B2B Account Executive (AE).
- Solid hands-on experience with B2B sales and end-to-end deal execution.
- Proficiency in modern CRM platforms such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Strong knowledge of at least one solution-selling methodology, preferably MEDDPICC, SPIN Selling, or Challenger.
- Hands-on experience with discovery calls,



lead qualification, buyer engagement, and deal progression.
- Proven ability to create sales deliverables such as:
- Discovery call plans
- Qualification frameworks
- Business cases
- Proposal drafts
- Deal-progression strategies
- Strong analytical skills to assess buyer personas, customer pain points, deal risks, and sales pathways.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to independently create realistic and accurate sales scenarios and evaluation tasks.

AI evaluation/data annotation experience is preferred but NOT mandatory.
Key Responsibilities
- Create expert-level B2B sales tasks and gold-standard solutions for AI training.
- Develop realistic scenarios involving discovery, prospect qualification, solution selling, proposals, and deal progression.
