Experience Required
2 – 5 years in B2B / B2C, Industrial Sales, Institutional Sales experience in Coal

B.E./B.TECH/ MBA Or Graduate of any stream

Travel
Extensive travel within assigned territory

Responsible for developing recent business and expanding the assigned territory for Coal Supply & Industrial Fuel Solutions . The role involves identifying coal-consuming industries, generating leads, understanding customer requirements, offering suitable coal grades, negotiating commercial terms, closing orders and maintaining long-term customer relationships.

Identify and develop new customers through market visits, references, cold calling, industry networks.
Target Manufacturing companies like Pharmaceutical , Chemical, Paper, Steel, Sponge Iron, Cement, Agro Industries and other coal-consuming industries .
Build and maintain a strong customer/lead database and classify leads as Hot / Warm / Cold.





2.2 Sales and Revenue Generation
Achieve monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets.
Understand customer requirements regarding coal quantity, size, GCV, ash, moisture and other quality parameters .
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices and commercial terms and close orders.
Coordinate with procurement, logistics and operations teams for timely supply.
Monitor dispatches, delivery schedules, quantity and quality-related requirements.
Coordinate with customers regarding sampling, testing and quality issues.
2.4 Customer Relationship Management
Develop and maintain strong relationships with Purchase, Commercial, Plant and Management teams.
Generate repeat orders, referrals and long-term supply opportunities.
Address customer complaints and coordinate for timely resolution.

2.5 Market Intelligence
Identify new coal-consuming industries and emerging business opportunities.
