We are looking for a Senior Sales Specialist (7-8 years’ experience) with strong expertise in end-to-end enterprise sales for eLearning, corporate training, digital learning, or L&D; services, especially across US and global markets. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in managing the complete sales lifecycle — from lead generation and prospecting to client meetings, proposal discussions, negotiations,



and closures in an individual capacity. This role requires a highly driven sales professional who can independently build pipelines, engage enterprise stakeholders, and drive revenue growth.
The role also involves leveraging AI-powered sales automation tools and modern outbound sales strategies to identify opportunities, connect with decision-makers, and expand AIMS Digital’s global client base.

End-to-end enterprise sales
✔ Building solid HR / L&D; stakeholder relationships
✔ Pipeline ownership and strategic account management
Drive enterprise sales across global markets, with major focus on the US market.
Own the complete sales cycle including lead generation, prospecting, outreach, client meetings, proposal discussions, negotiations, follow-ups
