We’re looking for a proactive, client-focused Presales Executive to join our interior design firm with a versatile, startup-style culture. Engage with inbound and outbound leads to understand client requirements for residential interior projects.
Conduct initial consultations (online) to capture space details, client preferences, and budget.
Manage and maintain client data in CRM systems to ensure proper lead tracking and reporting.
Assist the sales team in closing deals by providing all necessary technical and creative inputs.
1–2 years of experience in presales, customer engagement, or client servicing—preferably in interior design.
~ Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
~ Experience in working with residential interior projects.
Basic knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and design styles.
