Support and maintain Translation Memory (TM), Term Base (TB), glossary creation, and multilingual data records
Work with CAT tools such as SDL Trados, MemoQ, Memsource/Phrase, Smartcat, or equivalent platforms
Format multilingual content and scripts for translation, voice-over, subtitling, and DTP projects
Assist in file engineering, pre-processing, and post-processing of localization files
Maintain terminology consistency and linguistic assets across projects
Support subtitle, script, and multilingual document formatting activities
Coordinate with linguists, translators, DTP artists, and project managers for project execution.

Quality Assurance
Review translated documents for formatting consistency, grammar, punctuation, and terminology usage
Verify adherence to client style guides and glossary standards
Conduct basic linguistic and cultural checks for multilingual deliverables
Identify inconsistencies in translations and coordinate revisions with linguists
Perform QA checks using tools like X-Bench, Verifika,



or equivalent QA tools

AI & Localization Technology
Work with AI-assisted localization workflows and automation tools
Use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Smartcat AI, AWS-based translation APIs, and cloud localization platforms
Support machine translation and terminology optimization processes

Required Skills
Good knowledge of Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, filters, reporting, dashboards)
Robust computer and file management skills
Positive understanding of multilingual content handling and formatting
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multitask and manage deadlines efficiently
Quick learner with interest in media, localization, and language technology

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
