G M Fabrics is hiring "Jacquard/Dobby Technical Designer" for inhouse design team.

Job Role:
Design Development: Create intricate Jacquard designs using software like Vandewiele(weaving) and Nedgraphics for editing
Technical Specifications: Develop weave structures, color separations, and yarn selections to ensure design feasibility.
Loom Programming: Work closely with weaving technicians to program and troubleshoot Jacquard looms.
Sampling & Testing: Oversee prototype production, analyze fabric performance, and make necessary adjustments.
Collaboration: Coordinate with designers, manufacturers, and product developers to meet aesthetic and functional goals.
Education, Experience and Skills Required:
Graduates/Diploma in Technical Textile Designing from reputed College.
Experience of at least 6 Years into jacquard or dobby
Expertise in Jacquard design software (NedGraphics and Vandewiele)
Knowledge of weave structures and textile construction
Understanding of loom mechanics and digital weaving processes
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Solid communication and teamwork abilities
