Installation, troubleshooting and repair of laptops and desktops . Diagnose and resolve hardware issues such as RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboard, display, battery, etc. Perform OS installation, software setup and basic networking support.
Visit client locations for equipment installation, maintenance and troubleshooting. Coordinate with the internal team for timely resolution of customer issues. Hands-on experience in laptop and desktop hardware troubleshooting .
Willingness to travel extensively for field visits .
