Risk Management
Identify logistics risks including:

Documentation discrepancies
Develop mitigation plans.

Cost Control
Monitor logistics budgets.
Analyze freight and handling costs.

Performance Monitoring
Track logistics KPIs such as:
On-time shipment percentage

Documentation accuracy

Delivery performance
Prepare management reports and dashboards.
Vendor & Service Provider Management
Develop and maintain relationships with:

Evaluate vendor performance and negotiate contracts.
