Experience Required: 5–6 years in Automotive/Manufacturing Industry
Qualification: Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering
Key Responsibilities
Preventive maintenance planning and execution for production machines and utilities.
Ensure maximum machine uptime and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Prepare and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
Monitor machine performance and recommend efficiency improvements.
Maintain records, breakdown reports, and spare parts inventory.
Coordinate with production, quality, and stores teams for smooth operations.
Lead and supervise the maintenance team with solid focus on safety.
Support TPM, 5S, Kaizen,
and continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and IATF 16949:2016.
Skills Required
Robust knowledge of preventive and breakdown maintenance.
Hands‑on experience with manufacturing equipment and utilities.
Basic knowledge of PLCs, sensors, motors, and industrial automation.
Positive troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and maintenance planning.
Effective communication, leadership, and team management abilities.
