Role & responsibilities
Plan and execute automation projects in collaboration with Plant, Manufacturing Engineering (ME), and cross-functional teams.
Identify automation prospects in Pressure Die Casting (PDC) and Machine Shop operations to improve productivity and efficiency.
Take responsibility for all technical and engineering aspects of automation projects.
Ensure successful project execution within defined timelines and budgets.
Drive cost optimization through cutting-edge automation solutions and technical expertise.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery and implementation of automation projects.
Monitor project performance, savings, equipment utilization, power consumption, tool consumption, water usage, and AMC costs.
Improve equipment reliability by reducing MTTR (Mean Time to Repair) and enhancing MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures).
Ensure compliance with statutory, technical and safety requirements

during project executions and installation.
