Key Responsibilities

Handle day-to-day maintenance activities and complaints

Plan & follow up on preventive maintenance

Manage electrical, AC, refrigeration, piping & other equipment

Supervise maintenance/technical team

Coordinate with contractors and internal teams

Maintain building, furniture, fixtures & equipment

Monitor electrical power supply and maintain records

Conduct routine inspections and supervise cleaning programs

Prepare maintenance reports and ensure smooth cinema operations

Skills Required

MS Office proficiency

Strong leadership & team management skills

Positive communication & interpersonal skills

Problem-solving & conflict-resolution abilities
