Facility & Utility Upkeep: Ensure uninterrupted operation of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, generators, and medical gas pipelines.
Maintenance Planning: Execute scheduled preventive maintenance and manage urgent corrective repairs for critical hospital assets.
Team Leadership: Supervise in-house technicians, engineers, and outsourced housekeeping or security staff.
Compliance & Safety: Meet local fire safety codes, statutory regulations, and healthcare accreditation standards.
Vendor Management:



Coordinate with external contractors for equipment servicing, procurement, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

Required Qualifications
Education: Degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering, or Facility Management.
Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on facility or maintenance management experience, preferably in a healthcare setting.
