TrueHunt is a Bengaluru-based D2C cat food brand bringing honest, nutritious food to cats across India. We're looking for someone to own our subscriber base-genuinely caring about every cat parent staying with us, month after month.

We run a subscription program with 50+ confirmed subscribers and growing quick. Every subscriber is your responsibility - their relationship, their reorder, their revenue. Some care, some hustle.

Responsibilities:
Convert interested cat parents into paying subscribers ( Warm Calls, one-time buyers, social DMs, WhatsApp)
Own 50–150 subscriber accounts as the single named point of contact
Run the reorder calendar and place orders on subscribers' behalf
Send and follow up on payment links




Own first-response-within-30-minutes customer support
Spot at-risk accounts early and drive retention & win-backs
Upsell larger packs, multi-cat plans, and drive referrals
Keep CRM records clean and current
Coordinate with warehouse/logistics on dispatch and delays
Report weekly on sign-ups, active subscribers, churn, and payment conversion

Requirements:
1–3 years in key account management, inside sales, customer success, or D2C account handling — with a track record of closing, not just servicing
Comfortable making 50–70 calls a day
Comfortable with CRM tools, Google Sheets, order/payment dashboards
Fluent in written and spoken English and Hindi; Kannada is a plus
D2C, e-commerce, FMCG, or pet care background preferred
Based in or able to commute daily to HSR Layout, Bengaluru
Genuinely likes animals (preferred)
