We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Manual Software Tester to join our team. Freshers who have completed a relevant Software Testing / Manual Testing course with practical project experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Understand software requirements and prepare test scenarios and test cases.
Perform manual testing of web and software applications.
Execute functional, regression, integration, system, and UI testing.
Identify, document, and track bugs using appropriate tools.
Verify bug fixes and perform retesting.
Collaborate with developers and team members to resolve application issues.
Maintain proper testing documentation and reports.
Ensure applications meet quality and functional requirements.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of Software Testing and QA processes.
Knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and methodologies.
Understanding of SDLC and STLC.
Knowledge of test case preparation and test execution.
Basic understanding of defect/bug life cycle.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Valuable attention to detail.
Positive communication and teamwork skills.
Basic knowledge of JIRA or other bug-tracking tools is an advantage.
Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing is an advantage.
For Freshers
Candidates who have completed a relevant Software Testing / Manual Testing course can apply.
Candidates should have practical exposure through course projects, academic projects, or personal projects.
Candidates with basic knowledge of test case writing, bug reporting, and different testing types will be preferred.
Eligibility
Qualification: B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent.
Experience: 0–1 year.
Freshers with relevant software testing training and project exposure are eligible to apply.
