- Lead and supervise the housekeeping team to ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and patient care across the hospital.
- Ensure compliance with biomedical waste management, infection control, and safety regulations.
- Plan manpower, prepare duty rosters, monitor attendance, approve leave, and conduct staff performance appraisals.
- Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate housekeeping supervisors and support staff.
- Manage housekeeping inventory, linen, consumables, equipment, and departmental records.
- Coordinate purchase requisitions, supplier bill processing, equipment maintenance, and interdepartmental activities to ensure effective operations.
