- Follow process guidelines and standard operating procedures.
- Ensure a positive customer experience.
Roles & Responsibilities Non-Voice
- Handle customer queries through chat, email and backend operations.
- Process and verify customer information/documents.
- Maintain accurate records and update system information.
- Meet daily productivity and quality targets.
- Follow defined process guidelines and TAT.
Candidate Requirements
- Any Graduate from a recognized university.
- Good English communication and comprehension skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Positive typing and email/chat skills.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
