Job Overview

Miti Sphere Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a dynamic and results-driven Software Sales Manager / Senior Software Sales Executive to drive enterprise software sales across India. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in B2B SaaS sales, enterprise software solutions, and experience engaging with CXOs and key decision-makers.

Candidates with prior experience in eSignature, Digital Signature (DSC), Document Management Systems (DMS), Workflow Automation, Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), or AI-powered Enterprise SaaS products will be highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive B2B enterprise software sales and achieve revenue targets.
- Identify, develop, and close current business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Procurement Heads, and other key decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Collaborate with the Pre-Sales, Product,



and Customer Success teams to deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Develop strategic sales plans to expand market presence and generate new business.
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and CRM records.

Required Skills

- 610 years of experience in Software, SaaS, or IT Product Sales.
- Proven track record in Enterprise Software Sales.
- Strong experience in B2B Sales and Account Management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to independently manage enterprise sales opportunities.

Preferred Experience

- Prior experience in SaaS Sales and Enterprise Software Sales.
- Experience selling eSignature, Digital Signature (DSC), Document Management Systems (DMS), Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), Workflow Automation, AI Solutions, or other Enterprise SaaS Products.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and managing end-to-end sales cycles.
