Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Business Partner (HRBP - AM/DM) to align HR initiatives with business objectives and strengthen our people strategy. In this role, you will work closely with business leaders and employees to drive organizational effectiveness, enhance employee engagement, and support talent development. You will act as a trusted advisor, translating business needs into actionable HR plans while ensuring compliance and reinforcing company culture.

Key Responsibilities1. Strategic HR Partnership

- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on all people-related matters
- Align HR strategies with business goals, considering budget and cultural priorities
- Support workforce planning, organizational change, and business transformation initiatives

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

- Manage and resolve employee relations issues, including grievances and disciplinary actions
- Promote a positive work environment through proactive communication and engagement initiatives
- Drive programs to improve morale, productivity, and retention

3. HR Operations & Policy Implementation

- Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle (onboarding, performance, engagement, exits)
- Interpret and implement HR policies, procedures, and programs
- Ensure consistency and compliance with organizational standards

4. Data, Analytics & Reporting

- Analyze HR metrics (attrition, engagement, absenteeism, performance)




- Prepare reports and present insights with actionable recommendations
- Monitor workforce trends and identify potential risks

5. Talent Management & Development

- Support performance management cycles and goal-setting processes
- Identify training and development needs in collaboration with managers
- Contribute to leadership development, succession planning, and internal mobility

6. Continuous Improvement

- Recommend and implement HR best practices and process improvements
- Support employer branding and employee engagement initiatives
- Participate in HR projects and organizational initiatives
- Required Skills & CompetenciesExperience & Knowledge

- 4+ years of experience in HRBP or HR Generalist roles
- Robust understanding of employee relations, performance management, and L&D;
- Hands-on experience with HR analytics and metrics
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements
