Role & responsibilities

- Minimum 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in webMethods technology
- Experienced in leading and delivering the development projects of minimum team size of 4 to 8
- Strong understanding of webMethods component, including Integration Server, Designer, My webMethods Server, Active Transfer (MFT), Universal messaging, Trading Networks, API Gateway, BPM, CAF etc.
- Strong Working knowledge of webMethods flow service, API, B2B amd MFT development
- Strong experience to develop various type of integration patterns
- Proficiency in web services, SOAP, REST, XML.
- Experience working with SAP, Salesforce, JDBC, MQ adapters.
- Experience working with API management platforms.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and hybrid integration solutions.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
- Experienced in project delivery
- Experienced in working with client directly
- Activities include mapping business processes to support applications, defining the data entities,



selecting integration technology components and patterns.
- Support team members to develop integrations using webMethods tools
- Create design & technical specifications.
- Good understanding of deployment procedures
- Good to have mentoring capability and innovative thinking
- Good to have working experience on webMethods io, microservices, Kubernetes

Experience on Elastic search and observability platforms

Hands on exp in developing scalable and secure integration solutions.

Solutioning of Integrations based on various integration design patterns, security patterns etc.

Exposure to event streaming platforms such as Kafka.

CI/CD implementation using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or GitLab. Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes.

Implement OAuth, JWT, SSL/TLS, SAML, LDAP, and API security standards, define auditing, monitoring, and logging strategies.

Positive to have - Gen AI & AI Agents implementation in webMethods.
